Jacob is the Lausanne Movement's Catalyst for Cities. He leads Hanoi International Fellowship and founded the Love Hanoi and Love Your City networks, pursuing urban flourishing through prayer, partnership, and public witness. With three decades in urban mission, he holds a doctorate in Transformational Leadership focused on city transformation from Bakke Graduate University and authored Love Your City (2020). Originally from the Netherlands, he and his wife Linda have made Hanoi home since 1997.
Each catalyst carries city movements in their own region — bringing the lessons of their continent to a shared, global conversation.
Daria fosters connection among churches and leaders so every city can flourish. She helped establish Montréal's West Island Network and went on to build a national Canadian network of city leaders and community-development organisations. A former National Director of 24-7 Prayer Canada, she holds an MA in Global Urban Leadership and is pursuing a doctorate at Bakke Graduate University.
José leads Movimiento América Latina, mentoring city leaders across 12 countries toward the spiritual and social flourishing of the continent. A Venezuelan-born minister, he has served across Latin America and the U.S., planting bilingual congregations and helping establish dozens of new churches. From his journey came the language of the TRUST pathway — the insight that city movements grow through trust, not through speed or scale alone.
JP accelerates City Gospel Movements across South Asia through collaborative leadership, prayer, discipleship, and cross-sector engagement. As Director of Movement South Asia he convenes leaders, mentors emerging catalysts, and builds gospel-centred ecosystems that mobilise the whole Church for city transformation. He holds an MSc in International Management (UWE, UK) and an MBA, and serves as an elder at Powerhouse Church, Tambaram.
Anh coordinates the Love Your City network in Vietnam and serves as Coordinator of the Lausanne Cities Network. From volunteering in 2019 to leading today, she connects and mobilises resources for the unity of the Body of Christ and urban transformation — from the local to the global.

The Catalyst Team helps the global church listen, learn, connect, and collaborate around what God is already doing in cities — a relational, catalytic platform within the Lausanne Movement, not a new organisation competing with existing networks.
We notice emerging patterns, surface stories of faithful practice, and ask the right questions — rather than imposing one model on every city.
We link leaders and networks across regions and generations so insight can travel — without pressure, branding, or competition.
We don't duplicate what others are doing. We make the scattered visible, build trust across the wider city-movement space, and amplify what God is already growing.
We carry a particular burden for the next generation — younger leaders already pioneering movements of prayer, unity, witness, and renewal. Our hope is a cities-first imagination for mission, and a church that can say together: we are not alone — God is already at work in the cities of the world, and we can learn to serve more faithfully together.
